The positive impact of Gimbalabs’ work and network is undeniable in the growth and adoption of Andamio by the Cardano community.

Some of our current clients are former participants of Gimbalabs’ Plutus PBL that went on to build their own projects or have participated in Gimbalabs’ Plutus Playground. Additionally, many of our co-founders have been active participants in the Cardano community from very early on and are well known as subject matter experts and reliable professionals that consistently deliver exceeding expectations.

This mix has helped us develop various leads with minimal expenditure of resources in a relatively short amount of time.

Some specific channels that have helped us developed and nurture these leads are:

      1. Gimbalabs’ Plutus PBL
      2. Gimbalabs’ Plutus Playground
      3. Gimbalabs’ Twitter account
      4. Andamio’s website

    • From inside out: Andamio’s ethos is intrinsically entwined with Gimbalabs’ so we start with our inner circle: Grassroots initiatives that we have seen grow within the ecosystem. These include:

      • Participants of Gimbalabs’ Plutus PBL (learners & teachers)
      • The community that actively participates in Gimbalabs’ Playground
      • Partners that use Dandelion link, an infrastructure service provided by one of Gimbalabs’ co-founder

These leads were pursued and nurtured directly and mostly through person-to-person interactions.

We then proceeded to extend our reach to other key players of the ecosystem, starting with funded proposals from Project Catalyst’s Fund 10. You can find a database with the results of our research here. We identified potential leads by measuring:

      • If onboarding or adoption was either a: key output, objective, success measure or deliverable
      • If they had an allocated budget to meet their adoption or onboarding goal
      • If they had a specific milestone that required onboarding or wider adoption

This resulted in 13 potential leads.

After narrowing down leads based on these criteria, we reached out to the representatives of these proposals by LinkedIn and direct email (6 leads).

While we were able to secure calls and discuss the synergies between the organizations and how Andamio could help them meet their Fund 10 proposal goals, these efforts have not yet been fruitful.
