1. Methodology

We developed a survey to collect participants' feedback, and we shared it with the team building and delivering content for the DeepFunding Academy project, as well as the Governance Guild and meshjs.dev teams.

On January 23rd, we delivered our 3rd and final Andamio Showcase, during which our co-founder Nelson provided a complete walkthrough on deploying an Andamio instance as well as a number of interviews with organizations looking to use Andamio to help us understand the usefulness of the platform from their perspective.

We also conducted a series of interviews with organizations using Andamio to deliver on their initiatives to better understand how Andamio helps fulfill their needs. From these interviews, we extracted insights regarding the use of Andamio, satisfaction with our solution, desired features and integrations, and testimonials regarding users' experiences with our platform.

As mentioned in the Organizational Satisfaction Survey report, we decided to employ this methodology in lieu of surveys due to the low response and engagement rates of the latter versus the former, even if the data collected is less structured in a way.

  2. Quantitative analysis

  3. Qualitative analysis

    1. Key findings summarizing most significant insights.
      • Content editing & publishing features are essential, and we are currently developing user-friendly interfaces that will make the process of creating content much easier.
      • Customizability is the second most requested feature. We hope to engage the open-source community in order to create different ‘skins’ that would be easily installable in any Andamio interface. These contributions would ideally be rewarded through an Andamio treasury.
      • User management & permissions - while this feature is already available through Role-Based Access Tokens, further documentation & onboarding are necessary in order to make them easier to use.
      • SEO, analytics & reporting tools - Finally, these tools are important for visibility and outreach but also to enable direct integration to ecosystem processes like Catalyst, where contributors with verified credentials (i.e., reviewers, proposers, etc.) can participate, receive on-chain recognition of their work and rewards.
